two things never to dream about when you go to sleep, "Freddy Kreuger", and "IT" the Imaginary cerial killer Clown. I almost had a cardiac arrest in my sleep one time. I would dream about anything else worse but those. If you believe in them you will dream about them. the dreams feel as real as the movie.
I started dreaming about Pennywise, and when my friend asked me what was so scary about an imaginary cannibalistic clown that lives in drain pipes (as if the description isn't horrifying enough), I told her to read the first chapter of IT. She never said anything again.
All the time. Last night I had a dream that my brother was hobbled. For those of you who don't know, it's a type of punishment that was used on some mine workers back in the day who attempted to steal whatever they were mining. It prevented them from running, but allowed them to still work. I won't go into detail, but it's a pretty sickening process. I also have tons of dream that involve dolls. Though dolls don't scare me at all in real life, the dream me is terrified of them. In my dreams I try to destroy them, and they try to talk to me. It usually goes on until I fall to the floor screaming and crying, then I wake up. Lots of my other dreams come straight out of Stephen King's works, which is why I gave up reading him right before bed.
You better believe it! My wife won't allow me to watch scary movies, she knows that I get influenced by them and they manifest themselves in the form of dreams. And I have had sleepless nights when I did watch particularly disturbing movies.
Yeah. I remember the first time I realized I could do it. My brother set a T-Rex on me, and I made it tap dance while making me chicken McNuggets. Don't know why I didn't think of just getting rid of the thing, but at least it was doing something somewhat useful.
But sometimes they do.
I had a nightmare I accidentally put my rats in with zombie rats and killed them ):
And then Jason's mom tried tried to kill me... that scared me.
More-so killing my beloved pets than Jason's mom..
I've had many dreams that've frightened me. I used to dream of fighting and would smack the wall. I dreamt a truck was coming at me and rolled out of bed trying to escape, putting my knee through the wall in the process.
except this one time when i had a horrifying dream of my sister and cousin kissing............
(baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...
The mind itself is a rather scary place.
