Its just common sense, and if you get a decent one (i use a jawbone), after about 5 minutes you forget your wearing it until you get a call.

I ignore my calls til I find a place to pull over then check my calls.
I do wish I had that setup though.
Guess I will have to get a new phone as soon as I can.
Been thinking that way for some time now but. . .

being Blind ..
I have my devices 'speak' to me what they are reading ..
I like it that the Bluetooth speaks directly in my ear ..
and that no one else is bothered by the voice of my device.

I have a bluetooth system in my car. Works through the radio. Used to have a bluetooth earpiece, it drove me crazy.
