I have both. I mainly use the desktop PC for my daily use, and the laptop is used when my back gets to sore and I have to lay down, usually every two hours. I also use the laptop for programming and uploading codes to my micro-controllers.
I use a clunker desktop Mac. I've had it about four years, and it's running more like a Windows ME now. I think it may be time for a new one with this year's tax return... :)
...not quite as clunker as the one in the pic, but yes, both a very small HP laptop that I travel with, and a desktop at home..(because if I spill soda in my desktop keyboard it's only $10 to replace it..)
I have a nice desktop PC that is only 6 months old, a clone I had built to my specs. I have a Asus laptop, a Ipad and a Kindle that is my computer toys. I don't count the phone because I don't use it for the net.
Haha, you got me there. It IS a gaming-centric machine with which I've never had problems, but you've probably seen better, especially considering the quality of my camera. It's called the Monk, and it's a solid, hardworking machine that gets treated like a king.
It's not too bad of a desktop PC, but right now am going to build(with my best friends help, since he's a computer whiz) a monster machine. Hexa-core processor, 24 GB RAM(6x4) and I got a Corsair Vengeance case. That's just the beginning.
