  People this was NASCAR... And if you listen to the crowd and watch the reaction of the drivers they enjoyed it likely because they recognised it as good Baptist fun.... Give the rednecks a break, you don't hear the fans complaining only the people who are not fans and don't understand the culture.

  He didn't charge a thing and I bet teh people who hold the copy right to the line "... my smokin hot wife" wont be seeing damages either.... this was good ol' fashion redneck baptist fun and at least prayer is still ALLOWED at NASCAR evens unlike all the other sports who have bowed to political correctness and given up the kneeling in the inzone and pointing to the heavens at home plate.

  No its not, it was a light hearted prayer which covered all the people and equiptment of a sport that at least still ALLOWS prayer. the crowd got it the drivers and crews got it and so did the fans at home who watched....

  He didn't and I am sure they don't need any extra ads considering what they pay for now... he gave a blessing, lightheartedly, on teh drivers, crews and their equiptment.... good for him for getting it started with a giggle...

  So do football and baseball and hockey and any other sports fanatic.... NASCAR at least still has gentelmen in the sport and they behave far better off the track than many other sports figures.

  If he is like that in church then I wouldn't mind going to another baptist service... the one and only I attended with my in laws was on the carry side and they tried to drowned a young girl at the end and called a baptisum....

  Yeah I know but I was raised n a strict roman catholic family and my husband in a southern baptist so respectively we find each other "family religions" wierd... niether of us pract the religions of our youth any more but when with family.... its either scarry or an excerise class
