Of course you have to contact a lawyer for legal advice: in alot of ways its like having INSURANCE. No one PLANS on having an accident while driving, or problems with their home, etc. People put a prenuptial agreement in place for protection in an UNEXPECTED circumstances. It works in principle much the same. it is INTERESTING that courts make such a FUSS over visitation for a birth parent during a DIVORCE but the woman can date or marry whom ever they want and that person can LIVE with YOUR children! 2013 sodahead.com
Yes. The marriage is a contract to promote success, but since you can break that contract there should be another one, more specific, more iron clad, in place protecting both parties in the event that future you couldn't live up to the commitment that present day you has made.
Very true but luckily for me I'm not as naive to think I could ever change a person to go into a marriage thinking that is very foolish, but then again I would never marry someone unless I was completely sure that the person truly loved me and in this day and age you can never be completely sure.
This is true, that is really why I'm not sure if I will ever be married. As I've yet to meet a woman that ends up being who she was when we started dating. As I've never understood why people feel the need to pretend to be someone of something they are not.
There are many reasons for that. They fear they won't be liked for who they really are, they are ashamed of who they are, or more cruelly they get some kind of a thrill from it. Its why I don't think I will never get married you can never know what a person's true intentions are.
I've found that love can be like the wind, as it sometimes changes directions for reasons that make no sense at all.
