No one can change another person, but a person can change for the one that we love. I change, I change my way of being my behaviors because I wasn't happy with my self because my wife made me realized what was important to me in life and my priorities when I realized what was important to me I then want to change. The only thing you have to hope is that it's not to late.

Yes they do. Not by being forced but by being forced to live without something they hold most close...the one they truly do not want to lose. I changed for my woman for myself and to be with her.... they say nobody should need to change for someone but if the habit or behavior is not right in the first place.

A person is quite capable of changing but it always depends on how much change is required or requested and how committed the person is towards the relationship and if & when that change does take place, it is recognised by the other partner and is given due credit instead of complaining that there is more change required cos change does not happen over-night it takes time!

However the number of instances in which people truly do change for someone they love are few and far... and most only pretend to change... and that is the reality!!!

My wife and I have both changed for each other over the years. It's part of growing closer as we grow together in our relationship.
However, if someone has to change in order to get someone to love them, that is not good. That is selfish of the one demanding the change. It is also not good if the change is one-sided all the time.

Well yeah if someone really likes someone then they'll try and be a better person just to please them thats how u know u really love someone u try and be great in their eyes but if they really like u they would think ur perfect anyway:-)

If someone loves you they will do whatever it takes to make the relationship work.
I believe that love is the strongest emotion known to man and it's a passion that drives
us to do the impossible to be with the person we love. When you truly love someone it changes you for the better and that's a beautiful thing.

I've met a girl who did that for her husband, she went from being a partier to being very religious, her husband almost left her, but she changed for him. She was my co worker & a very good person & attractive too, but she was pentecostal. She was really cool to work with too, I think she was helping me in my area of the work place once & she told me about it, I thought it was so good of her to change for her husband.

Some people can change and become better people for someone they love but it has has to be of their own free will. Taking someone on a guilt trip to change whereby you try and mold them into someone they are not will only lead to trouble down the road.
