it becomes more of the /familiar/ ..
there's no pressure to be on one's best behavior all the time ..
and as one ages ..
your interests .. thoughts .. goals will change ..
some may mature ..
while the other is stuck in the past ..
and that will cause strain in the marriage
(finances, children, one maturing while the other does not .. all cause strains in a marriage .. and yes, divorce can happen indeed)
