    Bill
As President Reagan once said, "There you go again." Concerning your writings, another great man once said, "it is a tale Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, Signifying nothing." You shall "inherit the wind". I'm sure people will follow your replies and say, "What a marvelous intellect. He surely destroyed Bill's arguments with such logical and deductive skill that anyone can see that David has the superior mind." LOL As Captain Kirk said to Khan, "Khan, I'm laughing at the "superior intellect."" LOL

By the time the police get there you may be dead. Shoot to kill, the person breaking into your home has to accept the consequences of their actions. I will protect my family.

With a caveat. If the safety of your family or yourself is threatened yes. I wouldn't shoot someone over material things, I think if you shoot someone over property your priorities are all wrong

Well, I wouldn't exactly ask them.

If my appearing with a firearm was not sufficient to dissuade them from completing their burglary I would not just shoot them unless they made a move to do harm to myself or family. Property just isn't worth having taking someone's life on my conscience

The worse thing in the world I can think of is , you with a firearm. They would only walk up to you and take it away from you.

Lmfao, the douche bag with the Yosemite Sam avatar, whos obviously been bullied quite a bit in his sad life, thinks you're not safe to own a gun.

I agree with you 100%, breaking in to a home not knowing someone is already waiting for you at the front door with a gun should be more then enough to deter them.

you can always shoot the burglar in the foot. That way, it won't kill him but he won't be physically able to steal much.
