Do you think FaceBook should have a time limit?

I am simply wondering and want others opinions. Do you think FB, or any other social network, should have a time limit of maybe 2 hours each day? To many people are always on FaceBook while they could be doing other productive things. What do you think?

    Should TV's have a time limit? How about cell phones and texting? Beds and hammocks? Pens used for doodling outside of art school?

    People will be productive or they won't. If employers think that Facebook is becoming a problem they will take measures against it.

    If people want a time limit on their own Facebook there are add-ons/extensions available to limit the time spent of Facebook and/or other social networks.

    I'm an adult and if I want to spend all freaking day dinking around on the internet, I can. That's one of the perks of being a grown-up. Getting to choose how I spend my time.
