It can be stopped most of the time if schools take STRONG action against bullies, and the worst bullies should be made to spend some time in a very strict disciplinary boot camp, with pics and videos in the media.

Untrue. It is almost 100% IMPOSSIBLE for bullying to stop. Saying that bullying can be stopped is like saying world peace exists or war can be abolished. It is impossible to do so. You cannot have one without the other. You need a yin and yang to everything. There is no way it will stop. You can get a good majority to stop, but you cannot completely abolish bullying. No matter WHAT, there WILL always be hate, evil, bullying, murder, rape, etc. in this world. There is NOTHING you can do to stop it. So stop doing pointless ass fundraisers about bullied kids who commit suicide. It was their problem, and their actions. We shouldn't have to pay for some idiot who thought death was better than being teased at school for not being pretty. The kid was more than likely as dumbass anyway, going off and killing him/herself in the first place. That's the way life is kid, deal with it.
