    Anything is possible, so yes bullying could be stopped. If parents actually do their job, and be parents by teaching their kids to never bullied anybody, and if schools really do care about the students, than they could do something about putting an end to bullying. Forget about society, it's because of society why we have bullies in the first place among with a lot of nudity, violence, and sex things, and girls not being treated right, I threw that in there for the people who expects everyone in the whole world to agree with them.
