I think it should be done in a closed area, privately.

It doesn't bother me, but I feel sorry for the moms who have to take their little ones to work with them.

Depending on where you work; Some workplaces have nurseries in the building...If the job allows the mom to take her child to work, they should have a place where the nursing mom can go to breastfeed.

Depends on the workplace and type of work.

No, why take a baby to work with you in the first place. Either pump and leave the milk at home or stay home with the baby.

Work is for working not for babysitting!

If the work setting is casual enough to have a baby there in the first place, then yes, you can feed it.

for one the mother probably cant pay for a sitter nd the sitter can not breastfeed the baby because its the mothers time to bond with her baby!!! just saying

i don't know its appropriate or inappropriate but if someone is breast feeding her infant at my work place i wouldn't mind at all but on the contrary if anyone doing this should be doing best for her child what a mom can do best..

But only because, typically, you shouldn't take a baby to work.

Do you eat your lunch in the bathroom? Why would you want a baby to eat in such an unsanitary place? Yuck!!
