Stop trying. If you hang around people who don't swear, you'll likely swear a lot less because you'll notice it when it falls out of your mouth & it will feel uncomfortable.

I don't censor myself because of some sort of societal obligation to do so. I use whatever words will most effectively convey what I am trying to communicate.
I swear occasionally. It may sound old-fashioned, but I've always avoided swearing around women and I don't swear around my parents. Just a way of showing respect I guess.
I mentioned to her one time that I swear too much. She replied, "I don't. I swear JUST enough!"
