Yes, murderers and child molesters if they have enough verifiable evidence or a confession kill them. They won't get out and do it again. (most honest child molesters say themselves they are not curable, if released they will be right back at it ruining more young lives)

We should not be wasting our tax dollars on people like Manson or Hassan or any of the other nut cases out there that kill a lot of people with no hope of recovery or getting out. Manson gets to do a lot of evil within Prison and he still has followers on the outside doing his bidding.

No sense wasting good money on the lowest of the low when many killed so many others. If there is a shadow of a doubt like an accident then I say given 'em time and time may reveal but there are just some evil dudes taking up good jail space. Manson was scheduled for death and then California changed the rule at the last minute and he got life.

I would say "no" until I think of some of the horrendous criminal acts being committed on someone I love and then I say "yes". So, to be fair, I'd have to say yes, if it's a jury's judgment.

I support whatever stops recidivism. Henry Lucas killed at least 42 women after first being paroled on multiple counts of aggravated rape and later being paroled on multiple counts of murder. The anti death penalty folks need first to present a foolproof way of stopping such recidivism.
