so...you mean "good, decent Christians" as in the ones that are willing to look the other way as you continue to sin and edge closer to eternal destruction. One of my favorite quotes from any movie comes from the Boondock Saints when the Mtsr says "But there is another kind of evil which we must fear most, and that is the indifference of good men." I would say those who are truly Christian would not want to see you suffer an eternity away from God because of a worldly choice you made that you valued more than God (ie, idol).

Unrepentant sin is unforgivable and it will lead to the eternal separation from God as homosexuality is an abomination of God's creation and therefore intolerable. I would of course point to the example of Sodom and Gomorrah but not for the reasons you might think....God didn't destroy (entirely) Gomorrah bc of the homosexuals, he destroyed it bc of their unwillingness to turn from their sin...the way the men attempted to treat Lot and his guests was the "fruit" of their spirit and therefore condemnation was unavoidable.

My prayer for you would be that you will turn your heart back to God and away from unrepentant sin.

I don't need to "Find my way back to 'His' grace." I was never there. In case you didn't see earlier in this chain, I'm pagan and always have been. You can believe what you want and I'll believe what I want. I'm not going to push you to believe what I believe and I will not let you do the same to me.


But I can agree Boondock Saints is a fantastic movie, one of my favorites, I have both of them.

I mean not to push you to do anything, but I would be remiss as a saved Christian to not tell you that eternal salvation is only available to those who accept in their heart the sacrifice and gift of Jesus (which is available to you). I don't tell you this because I am required to but because of the experiences and blessings I have received in my own life!

I'm not going to shy away from telling you this simply because you don't want to hear it and, further to that point, it's not being forceful or pushy to inform you that eternal salvation is available to you simply by your accepting it (though accepting salvation does bring responsibility).

You are absolutely, by the grace of the freewill God has given you, free to choose which ever path you will to follow but know this, all paths outside of Jesus lead to the same destination; eternal separation from God.

What does it matter to me if i don't believe in God. You believe in God and I believe in my Goddess. Therefore i believe I'm not going to "Hell" because I'm going into a nice meadow with my Goddess. A part of the reason I love my Goddess is because she loves and accepts EVERYONE, it doesn't matter to her whether they're gay, bi, lesbian, or straight.

Sorry, I believe that's called self-fulfillment. Here's an FYI, My God is the one and only true God, all other gods are false-gods, purely machinations of Satan himself if not fallen angels that were kicked out of heaven along with Satan. Choosing to believe otherwise will not make your god any more real, though it will ensure your eternal separation from God.

I put Rom 6:23 because I provide references for things I quote, I would otherwise would be a plagiarizer. Interesting that for someone who isn't going to look something up or doesn't own a bible though you knew what I was referring to.

We Christians put "stuff like that everywhere" because it is the word of God which never returns void. If you renounce the one true God, the God above all Gods you will find your eternal separation from God (separation that is completely avoidable) an unbearable torment.

Satan tempted Jesus. But Jesus was in no way tempted to sin.

While Hebrews 4:15 says, "For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin." (Notice "yet without sin." Sin begins in the heart. Jesus did not sin.) Then we see that James 1:13b states, "for God cannot be tempted with evil..." And Jesus is God; John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Had Jesus actually been tempted in His own heart, to sin, then that would have been sin. But Jesus was not tempted in His heart to sin. The act of tempting, was done by Satan, towards Jesus. But Jesus was in no way actually tempted in His own heart to sin. Anyone who says Jesus was tempted in His heart to sin, is speaking a lie.

It is like this: If I were dieting, someone could tempt me with a candy bar, by waving the candy bar in front of my face. But if I had willpower to ignore that candy bar, I would not be tempted in the least.

They want to pretend that it is completely normal for two men or women to have sex and get married. When they can't procreate. To me that is the foundation in the defense of marriage. The laws of nature forbids them the right to have children. So how can people defend marriage of the same sex. Makes no sense to me at all. How about we all take the hint and stop all this madness. What happens with controversial issues, is that people do not believe in the Bible as the book from God, or they only want to stick what matters to them. Everybody hear to say that Jah hates the sin, but forgives the sinner - and the Bible advises about some behaviors. So, if them will be punished or not, will be up to God.
