A friends house no, my mothers house yes.

Even though I haven't lived there in almost thirty years I still find myself going over and looking in her fridge like I own the place? Luckily she understands that I probably still feel like its my home and always will be. Although I have gone to a buddies fridge and helped myself to their beer on many occasions, and it works both ways. But my friends tend to own guns so I would never walk in unannounced, its a little rude and could potentially end in disaster.

As many times as I've been told me I could, I always find it impolite to just barge into someones house without knocking.

Plus, my friends practically live at my house, compared to everyone else's in my circle of friends lol.

No i do not. One time a friend walked into my house liked he lived there. I gave him the beating of his life that day. Any time after that he knocks now.

No, I won't do that to anybody because I won't like them to do that to me. Although my true friends are welcome to come to my place anytime. it's just respect to inform the person you are coming by.

But growing up my friend's did that at my house all the time. I'd come out of the shower and one of them would be sitting in the kitchen eating and talking to my mom or in my bedroom trying on my clothes which they borrowed and NEVER returned.

Just with two of my friends. They both live in a house with four other people. I always just walk right in when I go over there, but it's only when they know I'm coming over and they leave the door unlocked so I can do that.
