Depending on who donates to the thrift shop, I can find brand new items for a fraction of the cost of new. I just have to look carefully and often. remembering that if I don't need I don't buy it.
No, and my town is probably the thrift store capital of the world. The one pictured below was about 15,000 sq. ft. but it recently burned down. (burned for 4 days) We still have at least a dozen left.
I used to purchase cute outfits for my daughter and they looked just as good than buying them from a department store.
