yep.

to use ghetto phonetics, you do not say EN-VIE-ROE-Ment. it puts to much emphasis on the third syllable. The n is very quiet and kinda slides into an "H" if you speak with a casual lack of enunciation.

En-vie-ruh-ment.

It doesn't matter. Languages evolve. Proper English by today's standards wasn't proper a generation or two ago and didn't even exist a few hundred years ago.
