actually i used to hang out with guys much more than females, but as i got older i find it more comfortable with females because when i'm with the guys i feel as if i need to act more like a lady or have to say things a certain way other wise they'll look shocked or say "your a girl you shouldn't say that" while females will laugh and go along with me. when it used to be vice versa when i was younger strange huh? i still don't get it.

Really? When I'm with my guy friends I act just like THEM. It keeps them at bay; they are less likely to try to sleep with me. (I think that's mostly out of fear..HaHa!)

HAHAHAHA but yeah its weird cause i used feel like one of the guys idk im guessing its cause my voice its quite small (and so is my height sadly) so they wouldn't really expect ..it...i guess. idk maybe its just the guys i interact with who knows lol

There seems to be a bit less drama for me, plus I can avoid all those awkward conversations about things outside of my realm of expertise (Nails, hair, makeup--I seriously have two left feet with those discussions, unless it's gore makeup). Though I'm friends with both.

It's important to me to have friends of both genders, but I've had more luck finding good guy friends that female friends. Most women I've known cause too much drama. Guys tend to be more laid back and are happy just chilling out, playing video games, listening to music, BBQing, playing hackey sack, etc.. I have only one really close female friend and I'm really happy to have her in my life, since she hates gossip, is trustworthy and honest and isn't shallow or materialistic. She's one in a million.

i can get on with anybody although there's less drama with guys plus the guys i hang around with are happy to have a can of larger and play video games where as my girl friends like shoe shopping (BORING!)

I agree with this, I too have had my share of bitchy girls and douchey guys.and nice guys and nice girls,.its all on the personality, it would be unfair to pick your friends only based on gender
