If implants are under the skin, the tits are real.

Anything that´s proportinal to the body is fine by me...that leaves enough margin to include most real and fakes (im not that good at judging proportions ^^ )

There comes a time when the Extra-Large Breasts get in the way of numerous activities. Real Breasts are more natural looking...but strictly from aesthetics...I don't like large breasts...fake or otherwise.

Fake ones, when too big, can make a woman look a little weird, like when you see a petite woman with huge breasts. Plus some seem to get too firm.

I prefer real (and flat-chested, if that's what real is) to fake of any dimension. My only contradiction to that opinion is if SHE really wants enhancement.
