I wore contacts for about 20yrs. I had to have the hard lenses because back then they didnt offer much in a soft lense. The hard lenses messed my eyes up so bad over time.

I like the styles of eye glass frames that can change my looks instantly but I also like my progressive contact lenses that obviate the need for reading glasses. Glasses with transition lenses can hide a multitude of sins especially if you had a bad night. Glasses can be extremely stylish and you do not need too much eye make up when you wear them. Just dab some lipstick and you are good to go.

Glasses. I'm still have surgery after wearing contacts years ago. I've had three surgeries this year and the last time I saw the doctor, he said there is nothing more he can do for me.

The contact lenses adhered to my eyes. When I took them out, they were stuck to the outer layer of my eye and pulled it away. I'm missing most of my outer layer. Not only that but I now have nodular degeneration of the eye (in both eyes). I've had three operations this year but the nodulars continue to come back.

No, i never slept in them. I have a long history of eye problems dating back to when I was in grade school. When I first went to the doctor for contacts, he didn't see a problem with me wearing them because of a problem that happened when I was a child. He wrote the prescription for contacts. I wore them for 6 weeks and, the conditions I suffered from previously came back with a vengence. Now I have permanent damage to my eyes.

I'm okay with talking about it.

Ah, ok. I was just curiouse because my Mom told me that one of our cousins had their contact stick to there eye because they fell asleep in them and all this stuff.
