They're not actual military combat boots, just that style. I wear them all the time, very comfortable and go with every outfit I have. Unfortunately they're wearing out and I can't seem to find another pair that is decently made and affordable.

I need boots for work and have a hard time finding a good pair in my size, so I go to the Army/Navy store. They are very comfortable, durable, water resistant and are good quality. I wear them as my everyday footwear.

I took them off for the last time in November of 1979...after wearing them for almost 10 years. No need to own a pair now.... I wear flip flops or boat shoes now...

there's a big difference between 'fashion' .. and actual Military Service ..
