Its a seasonal thing for me, I just don't start craving it until it gets cool in the fall.

Year round, cause I use rattlesnake in it, do freeze some of the snake for later use

Don't blame you for staying clear of it. I don't have problems with chili, but I have trouble with bananas, Isn't that silly?

I like it year round, but make it myself only in the cooler months. Steak & Shake restaurants makes the best!

I love chili ,but my recipe would kill people in the summer ,at least they can take off their clothes, and lay in the snow in the winter ,LOL.

I make that kind of chili(chili beans) in the winter, but make chile verde(chile with meat and jalapenos) year round. My family loves their burritos made with hot chile verde.
