it has to come naturally. you can't force a nickname. hahaha my old truck was named Elmer, after my grandpas cousin, he owned it before my grandpa gave it to me.
I never did before, until my friend said I should start naming them. I named my Neon, Neon ... and my Black Cherry Colored Saturn, Black Rose because I'm a dork. :)
I name my babies Fiona. There is never more than 1 Fiona in active service at any point in time, and before i make the decision to buy, i first ask myself if the vehicle is worthy of the name. We've been through a lot over the years, and the car has to be equally as epic or it just feels cheap.
My 64 1/2 Mustang Convertible 4 spd, I named Roger Ramjet-a silly old, old cartoon, I think.
Don't have it anymore, darn it.
All my other cars are nameless.....
