My mother taught us to make our bed before we left the bedroom. It's a habit I've continued. Actually, I like it because I hate messes and an unmade bed is a "mess" to me.

I don't see the point. I'm going to get right back into it and mess it up again. It's not as if my bedroom is the point of focus when guests come over, which I never have anyway.

To me it's made sometimes,but it usually isn't neat looking.I just throw the covers over the pillows and make sure the comforter isn't dragging on the floor.I have six pillows so if they can't be seen the bed is made.It might look lumpy,but it's still made.I then put my huge stuffed floppy dog hanging over the top.It doesn't matter what anyone thinks,but me.I did like a quote I read though from Ralph Lauren.He said why make the bed when your going to just unmake it again that same night...I like that saying.

Sometimes rather haphazardly, but yes. Otherwise my sheets would be covered with pet hair. I have to keep a sheet on top and shake it off every day, too. Three dogs and 2 kitties and a hubby need to be touching me somewhere :-)

My reason is ,is that if i keep the sheets and blankets off the bed then the room temp. will keep my bed warm or cool depending if i have my a/c or heat on.More than likely im just to lazy to make it though.
