It's okay. Not my favorite. I usually eat a little bit of it on Thanksgiving, but I mostly stuff myself with the other foods.

That is a chicken stuffed in a duck and the duck then stuffed in a turkey and then roasted.

we can buy it ready (some parts) from the grill, what is acceptable, or we prepare it ourselves. What did not work well, I got no good instructions.

Cover it with tin foil and the last 1/2 hr or so remove the tin foil to brown. You might not have to baste so much ... :-)
