I love it, when it's been marinated in something else or cooked in a nice sauce. Lemongrass and chill flavor, anything spicy, etc.

Actually .. SEVERAL bad experiences ..
(sigh .. travel (including Military duty) .. I've learned to avoid Tofu at all costs .. )

I do. People who make a big deal about it being 'yecchy', would probably not be delighted with uncooked, unseasoned animal meat either.

Boy oh boy!! A place near me has something that they call "Mabu Ramen" and it is my favorite!!! Yummy yummy yummy!! It is a soup with noodles and the stuff you show here!!! Spicy, and YUMMY (did I say yummy yet?)!!!
