I do love a great skirt, mini or not. Minis are more for the bedroom (imo). I've yet to go skirt shopping this year tho! I'm in the market for a few cute skirts..
I'm a khaki cargo mini skirt guy! Having discovered skirts after decades of not knowing anything about them I found a Cargo Skirt (plain with lots of cool pockets) to be the most practical thing a guy can wear in summer. Weird I guess be it really is and I feel sorry for the idiot guys who don't have a clue how nice a skirt is (no crotch seams and freedom of movement really is a BIG deal for the guys but they don't know it)! Someday....
Yes and I'm a guy! Mini skirts rock... Consider this... Men's gym shorts are about 12" long and that is the SAME length as the average mini skirt sold in family department stores. Furthermore a "Micro Mini" at about 10" long just happens to be the same length as some men's running shorts! So bottom line is "Mini" isn't too short for anyone.
Never dreamed of wearing a skirt till a challenge happened and I had to. It was then I realized how screwed up men and some women are. The short skirt provides unlimited mobility, cooler on a hot day and looks great. A perfect substitute for shorts and not having crotch seams and tubes of cloth over the legs is a sensation not forgotten and very few guys have experienced or they would be wearing them now! Obviously a skirt makes more sense for the male anatomy than for a female so society has it wrong.
So far the chicks love it. All thumbs up and I can guarantee a guy will get more action with a mini skirt than the local jocks in their below the knee shorts. So if your a homophobe, closed minded controlling idiot, or "sexually insecure" you are not likely to change or even try something new... something the chicks should consider when choosing a mate....

PS: A Kilt IS a Skirt by definition so some here need to look it up. A kilt is just a particular type of skirt and there are thousands of types. Kilts are usually tartan, hot, heavy and costly and unnecessary.
