All the time hardware store, grocery store, Wal Mart usually quicker as long as the machines aren't hosed up.

Today when I went after work to the store..... I had a cashier...... I get aggravated with those machines..... only because we have to pay top dollar for groceries, and still have to check and bag.......... not me not anymore....... someone can check me out..... or I'll leave it there.... whatever has happened to customer service......?

I love them. They're pretty quick. They're just a pain in the ass when I'm buying alcohol, but buying alcohol at the supermarket is a pain in the ass in general anyway, so I usually shop at a liquor store for alcohol.

I have all the time in the world and have a great deal of fun with these things.I do get some strange looks from the attendant though when I talk back to the machine...it's fun. lol

Every time I try to use self checkout, I do something stupid like try to buy something too light, or too small to register on the bagging area. The lights start flashing, and the super annoyed customer service person has to put down their texting device to assist me.
