There you go! I know when I used to drive over the road I'd sleep in my clothes as I figured if I had to abandon the truck in a big hurry then I didn't have time to be getting dressed. This way it was a matter of grabbing my boots and my coat and I could be out of the truck inside of about 3 seconds.

Yeah, I think it's a good practice. Now it may not make the clothes look very good but I believe if it's a matter of wrinkled clothes or burning alive in a possible truck fire then I'll deal with the wrinkles.

To answer your comment question the other day...I was very fortunate not to lose power! Most of my family did...and all of the streets around me did too!

Wow.. you were lucky... Tom/family didn't have power until Sunday ... you know he lives in the development just up from your job, so did you have power at work, or did you manage to get a few days off...

It was crazy Mary...the outages made no sense. I did have power at work. For many it was a relief to come to work!

I'll bet it was... I had other friends from MD stay with me too because no power for over a week ... the first time since I've been here that I had to use the pull out bed in the couch too... my house was full... but we did have fun...
