They both have unique qualities that make them awesome. I live in the low mountains though and usually go to the bigger mountains for relaxation. Mainly because it's just geographically more convenient. But also because camping is one of my favorite ways to get away and relax. There is always something new to see just around the next hill or ridge, or behind the next big tree. So the scenery changes constantly. At the beach the scenery pretty much stays the same. Except for the people, depending on where the beach you are at is located.

I love both actually, venturing in the high beautiful mountains amidst trees and nature or strolling down the beach listening to the sound of waves is so beautiful & makes a perfect escape from reality.
