I am "touchy, feely" before sleeping but I can't get used to having another person's body just next to mine when I am trying to sleep... I feel kind of trapped there in their embrace and I can't rest at all.

I'm too young for that sort of thing ^.^". But when I was little, and had bad dreams I'd always go to my mum and cuddle up to her. For some reason, telling her my bad dream and sleeping in her arms made me feel safe and far away from bad dreams. Even now when I'm feeling down I go to her for a hug.
