I'm a Washingtonian, a Slug as some like to call us. I love my rain. I go for walks in it whenever possible.

I also encourage my daughter to go out and play in the rain and jump in puddles. :P She simply LOVES it!! :D

It depends, I like the smell of rain on concrete or the sound of a heavy rain storm on grass. It depends on my mood and the context.
