I love them. I've often thought about getting a Children's Python but I have 2 cats and I don't fancy feeding it... I don't know if I could bring myself to buy a bag of frozen baby mice. But if I DID get one, I would call him/her "Professor Snake". ;D

I don't like em' but I have a healthy respect for as they help keep vermin under control. Snakes are interesting as long as they stay out of my house and away from me.

I do custom guitar pick boards using snake hide and also guitar straps. My strap is an Asian cobra complete with the head.
This one is Burmese Python

That partticular python was over 7 meters (23 ft ) long. And at it's widest point was over 2 ft.
Sorry I don't have a better pic but if you look real close at the strap on the center guitar you can see the snake head peeking out just left of the neck. That guitar strap is an Asian cobra. I want to put purple/black light LEDs in the eyes so they'll light up. lol

I am a herpetologist, i love all animals but reptiles are my specialty. Most people who "hate" certain animals have never had the chance to spend time with them. I understand WHY people don't like reptiles ,but it still makes me sad.

I know it couldnt hurt me but i didn't want to hurt it since it was so small. The entire house was white so it was really hard trying to find it
