I don't think I've ever had lamb stew, so I can't say if I like it (you didn't leave a 'don't know' button).

I have had lamb at a Mongolian Barbeque restaurant, but that was thinly-sliced frozen lamb. Lamb stew would use chunks of lamb meat.

Yeppers indeedy. Slow cooked lamb is so tender. And I like Scots pies, mutton at its finest!

That's not what lamb stew's made of. Lambs aren't processed utill they're fully grown-about 175 pounds. I think you're thinking veal, that's the only remotely baby meat item sold -and they're not processed until the calves are almost 300 lbs.
