Yes but did you know that 90% of store bought honey is not "real" honey. Honey is determined by its pollen content and most major brands are ultra filtered to have none left over. Which sucks because honey in its raw form is one of the most nutritious foods on the planet.
Yes. My favorites are Orange Blossom, Clover and Buckwheat when I can find if it in season. If you suffer from pollen allergies get the honey that is being produced during at the same time your allergies are up. The Bee pollen will help reduce your symptoms.
I do not like the flavor of honey. It tastes insectile to me for some reason, but I do eat it because it is beneficial to block allergic reactions to various pollens in the air.
