Yes! I like it with a tad of vinegar, celery, purple onions, Lawry's season salt, pepper on whole grain toast with fresh butter lettuce!

I love any egg anytime. I just use mustard and mayo and a tiny bit of salt. shoot! gotta go. Now i'm hungry.

No...just regular yellow mustard. Little extra flavor and the color of the yolk is similar anyway, so, no different color!

I also like it with chopped onions, celery and even black olives.. lettuce.. oh, yum.. now I'm thinking about it. (I make Tuna salad similarly, by adding a hard-boiled egg).

Yes, it just adds something. I forgot to say I add a little combined seasoning, of course, but I don't overdo it. Now, I want to make some... I also like it with a few Lay's potato chips.
