I love “Asian” food of all types, and while in Vietnam in the 60's, I tasted a variety, in Vietnam, and at the other parts of Asia.
Although it is hard to find real Asian dishes in the United States, my Wife and I enjoy going to a restaurant in Jackson TN called China Pan at least twice a month for their “Asian” sea food buffet.
At least like the stuff they sell here in the U.S. and pass off as "chinese food." I've never been to China (and don't really care to go) so I don't know whether I'd much care for the real deal.
