Right now I am trying to figur a way to roast coffee been in home. I have found the best coffee is the one just roasted then brew in the same day. Mmmmmmmmmm good. oh by the way, when possable, I slow brew coffe like tea to get the most out of the ground.

I really don't care for black coffee. I need a very small amount of sugar 1/4 teaspoon and a small splash of milk. Black coffee is bitter, need that sugar to kill the bitter.

Funny thing for me about that is that if I'm not at home I just want it black and i really enjoy it. but at home it's sugar and coffee mate, and I really enjoy that too.

I'll drink it if it is given to me, but I do need cream most of the time, and some sugar is preferable if I have cream!
