Muddy Waters, Big Joe Turner, Big Mama Thornton and all the greats....

Besides, blues and jazz ain't for everyone, it's just for us select few who are in the grove of the funk, Lol.
Take care my friend.
I rember when I use to live in San Diego ( I since got wize and moved to the coast of Washington State for some peace of mind)
but anyway I use to listen to a radio station there called KINK FM102, and they had this program called lights out at night that they would play new artists in Jazz and blues. It was a wonderful music show in the early 1980's and i bought their CD's of the music every year for a few years. Some of those music artists are famous now, but i cherish those CD's that you cant get today because they are not available.
Artists like Sadao Watanabe, Northern Voices, Fred Simon, Kostia, Tim Story, Pat Cole, Jackson Berry, the YellowJackets, John Boswell, Wayne Gratz, david Benoit, and many many more.
These CD's are solid gold to me.
Plus; Al Jarreau, The Allman Brothers Band, Alvin Lee, some Bill Frisell, Freddie King, BB King, John Lee Hooker, Ray Charles, Marvin Gaye, Stacy Mitchhart, albert King, etc...
The list goes on;-D
