Slutty is one who not only has no moral standard of virtue but does not care about the virtues of those they have sex with and that too includes male as well as female.

The Gal that I saw in the Parking Lot today at Manila Oriental was a very sexy and very pretty Filipina . . . I did not flirt with her. She caught me looking at her and she gave me the Green Light. I did NOT watch her push her Shopping Cart back to the front of the Market. I was so disciplined. I am doing pretty good. Had she been a slut, then I would have never even taken a 2nd glance at her. I have changed a lot, though. I don't flirt, anymore.
