I can eat whatever I want and my figure doesn't change. I don't need to exercise to maintain it, but I choose to because I enjoy being active. :) My mom is the same way. She hadn't exercised at all during her life until she started with me over the past couple years, but she's always had a great figure. I have good genes. :D

They're not exactly fit. They don't work out at all, but they remain skinny.

Whatever I eat and however big the quantity is, my weight doesn't go above 100 pounds.

My friend can. Unfortunately I can't because I have annoyingly high cholesterol (it's genetic), but still.

I eat all the time but I exercise and play sports all the time, too.. So I guess it balances out.

But only when they are young (usually up to the age of 40, or thereabouts). If they continue to eat more calories than their body requires to maintain their 'fighting weight' -and they don't burn off the excess in exercise-,they will inevitably pile on the flab.Seen it time and time again in my life-it never fails. It really isn't Rocket Science!!!

Only a few. My friends and myself have to work at it. I know I can't eat mashed potatoes or ice cream then not exercise. I'm not 20 anymore! lol It's not easy like it used to be.

But only a couple of people. Too often people eat all they want and wind up in the hospital with complications of diabetes.

Ny Father, here was a man who could eat a side of beef at a Bar-B-Q and never gain a pound, same with beer, seemed he could drink a # 3 washtub full of Budweiser and never gain an ounce... what a Metabolism he had I guess.
