i will help you to count :
listen!
you have 7 cervical vertebrae (in the neck)
below them 12 thoracic vertebrae after that we have 5 lumbar vertebrae
then 5 sacrum
and in the end 3-5 (or 4) fused coccygeal vertebrae .
so count these !
