I had some random dude send me a Facebook message recently and his first and last name were the same as mine. He just said "Hey dude, same name". I thought this was a little weird considering I didn't know him.

My name doesn't seem to be all that common, which I like. It's not unheard of but just not a lot. Thankfully my mom didn't name me Michelle, Heather, Theresa or Lori, which seems to be the most popular from when I was younger.

We share the same first name and usually when we're together and someone calls out our name, they're talking to him.There was once a cpl years ago that happened and it was one of my friends. I turned to him and said "hah he was callin for me this time!" he thought for a second then split a gut laughing!

I don't know anyone with my exact, complete name. Though when I first married, I went to open a bank account and was surprised that there was another account holder not far away with the same first and last name. I was surprised as my last name is not common. Although I don't consider my first name unusual, I only went to school with three others who shared it throughout my school years.

I have a fairly common last name, so yeah, I know plenty of people with my last name. As for first name? I was born at the height of people being named Cathy/Kathy, so yeah... went to school with tons of them.
