Do you know anyone on Sodahead that needs an attitude adjustment? Bullies, stalkers, harassers, troublemakers?

I don't know why, but this reminds me of how a little while ago I learned that being offended by someone not tolerating my opinion is itself being intolerant because I can't tolerate them being intolerant. It would be funny if they felt the same way though because then it would be them being intolerant of me being intolerant of them being intolerant to me and would just be the ultimate infinite loop

Everybody is entitled to their opinion, and what you consider "attitude" may be your own perspective and not necessarily reality. If it offends you, move on, avoid that poster, block them if you must.

If you are such a control freak you think you know what is best for everybody else to do, say or think, I suggest you take a good long look in the mirror and there you will identify the problem.

No need to get snippy, it's just a question, but it looks like you could use a big attitude adjustment yourself. I'm taking your suggestion about blocking, you're blocked.

I know two groups that need an attitude adjustment: liberals and conservatives.

I've chatted with two SodaHeaders in particular in the past couple weeks who I would consider "bullies", but I don't really care. I say, let the proud and arrogant be proud and arrogant. It's no sweat off my brow.

There are people that the longer I am on the site, I notice specific attitudes that are unpleasant. Some are SO set in their ways that it is pointless to even engage them into conversation. I feel sorry for people like that - a closed mind usually leads to an overall unhappy and bitter life. I've found that if I do engage one of these hateful types, if I use big words, they usually just let my post stand, but they won't say anything else.

There are also plenty of potty talkers on here. I have noted that most of them are young. If I feel a person is trying to make a valid point and is just using foul language to try to make their point, I will try to educate these younger folks on the art of being tactful. I mean seriously - do you take anything away from a post by someone who has called you a butt-head? LOL

Thanks for a great reply....I agree. People need to respect others' opinions and debate civilly....doubt that will ever happen here on SH, though.

There are a good number of people here who are just out to lunch. They can't debate so they call the other person names. They think this is debating. Pretty pathetic.

Agreed! I especially like it when one of them gets going and references either a very biased web page or Wikipedia. I put NO stock in anything on Wikipedia, although I have heard that the site is trying to make it more accurate and valid. I took some college courses a few years ago and if you used Wikipedia as a reference, you got an instant F! Anyhow, when someone cites some ridiculous crap from a bogus site, I make sure I refute their answer and make damn sure I use a very valid source - usually from a .gov site or other well known and accurate site. Plus if you use big words, sometimes you can trick them . . .LOL

you are correct and then when they get challenged for citing suspicious sources instead of checking their 'facts' by using multiple sources they have fits; unually ungramatical, incoherent terrible two type temper tantrums. thanks for responding.
