No. However, he's a better president than Bush, and the treatment he receives from ignorant conservatives is ridiculous. He took over after a terrible administration that ran this country into the ground and every time he tries to fix something he can't get republicans to vote on it. I didn't vote for Obama and I've never particularly liked him, but I dislike people who make false accusations about any public figure.

I've never heard Obama blame Bush for anything, although considering that the economy went to the dogs during Bush's administration it's the obvious conclusion.

I haven't watched all of his speeches, but to be fair I've never heard ANY current president publicly blame ANY former president. I have found evidence that Obama's administration has pointed a finger at Bush on several occassions, but please provide a source for your claim.
