Kif is a little green alien from Futurama. His captain of his space ship is called Zapp Brannigan (some think he is loosely based on Kirk) who comes out with many ridiculous phrases, like
"If we can hit that bullseye his dominoes will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate.". The only response Kif has to something so dim is a sigh.
How often do you come across people so stupid, you know that to try to explain things will take far too much time away from your life so just sigh and let it go.
BTW, teachers...try to limit your response to less than 70,065 paragraphs.
