I started to so many times over the years but didn't after all because my dreams are all short that I don't remember it all so when I wake up it's senseless to write anything.

The more you record your dreams the more of the dream you remember. I have up to fives pages of dreams all in the one night. Dreams carry valuable messages you know.

VERY SELDOM DO DREAMS MEAN ANYTHING MORE THAN "BRAIN ENTERTAINMENT". HOWEVER, IF THEIR REPETITIVE, THEN YOU MIGHT WANT TO TAKE A LOOK DEEPER AT THEM. A FEW MAY HAVE PSYCHIC DREAMS-EVEN SO, I'VE ONLY HAD A COUPLE THAT WERE THEY PROPHETIC. I "RECEIVE"WHEN I'M AWAKE.

I used to write down all my dreams especially nightmares so i could disect them later. Now for some reason i don't remember my dreams like i used to.
