Yes i have a few,
I have a large patio window that looks onto my rear garden so i can see lots of plants, shrubs etc any time of the day.

Don`t be scared when you catch sight of me Ray, i was awake for hours in the night then fell asleep + got up late, i`ve just been pottering about in my dressing gown, i`ll have to move myself now + get something done.

I have two small flowering plants. My cats have knocked them over, dug out the soil and nibbled on the leaves. Believe it or not, both plants and both cats are still alive. Amazing. I thought one or the other were not long for this world.

I know! I hate when it comes time to water them all. It can take an entire evening, but I love they way they look and some of them have special meaning.

I have them hanging from the ceiling in front of the living room and dining room windows, I have them on all the window sills that don't have air conditioners in the windows, I have them on plant stands - anywhere there's a flat surface. :)

It sounds like your home is very beautiful. I love plants, and used to have quite a few, but they never lived very long. But this past week I did buy one for my kitchen. I hope it survives.

The key is to buy a plant suitable to the conditions where you will keep it. If it's a flowering plant and you have no sun, it will likely not do well. If you buy cactus, make sure you don't overwater it. I've killed more cactus plants than anything else.
