I did have a 162,000.00 hospital bill from when I had my heart attack in Sept. 2012, but bill was taken care of through (1) a fund from the cigarette tax (I do believe. And (2) The hospital had a charitable fund for which I qualified for. I am so grateful.reply

They were shocked by the amount, especially given the circumstances that prompted the ticket. So, I will not be paying, and - in fact - plan to sue the city for treating me like a second-hand citizen.reply
